Ziegler Custom Designs has been developed with the golfer in mind and are specialists in custom paint work and Hydrographics with years of experience.
We understand individuality and personalisation is important to you and will make sure you stand out from the crowd with one of our many amazing paint designs.
We customise your trolley exactly how you want it and are all hand produced in the UK.
As with any custom work, this does take time. We generally work on a 2/4 week turnaround on orders dependant on the complexity. We know you will be excited to receive your trolley so we will always try and speed this up whenever possible.
We customise your trolley using Hydrographics and Custom Paint Spraying
Hydrographic painting is a method of applying complex paint designs onto 3 dimensional objects.
We only use high quality durable paints and strong Polyurethane Lacquers which will give a long lasting glossy finish that has been tried and tested in all temperature and weather conditions.
The process from the design to the high quality finish requires many hours of work to achieve this flawless unrivalled result.
It starts with the trolley being completely dismantled to the bare frame with all plastic components removed. It is then sanded to a smooth finish, primed and then coated in the desired paint pattern or colour. A high quality Polyurethane Lacquer is then applied to protect the paintwork and to give a much longer lasting durable finish which has outstanding resistance to abrasion, heat, chemical attack and water ingress.
Ziegler's name in golf is rapidly expanding due to our success in recognising that individuality, standing out and having something a little bit special is important to many golfers.
We can incorporate company logo’s, fonts, names and graphics to any of the trolleys.
